Pitchdrop is a platform that helps to safeguard and promote critical conversation. These conversations and solutions must be long-term, and future-literate, always with a human-focused culture of care. It is also a hub for a community who want to make social change for good. All work we produce or showcase must adhere to our principles and objectives.

What we are looking for

For you to create anything that promotes critical conversation; new perspectives, tools, tips, tricks or just something cool. Any format goes; original articles, images, thoughts and musings, videos, podcasts — any type of media with critical thought behind it.

What can you send us:

• New original work: Content you have made/would like to explore, specifically for us.
• Old original work: Things you made for something else that can be adapted to or aligns with our principles and content topics
• Secondary work: Things you’ve found that really speak to you and capture a thought/ idea well - if it's not broken don't fix it; we share and platform other people’s work.
• Team or solo work: Work by individuals or groups is great either way. We are happy for collaboration on content as long as all creators of the work have agreed to submit it.

What to consider before creating:

• Key Messaging and objective: What is it you want to tell the world and why? Does this message align with the Pitchdrop principles?
• Target Audience: General public, those in the academic sphere and out. Creatives and those interested in critical thinking and social Change.
• Audience Sensitivity: Include a warning if the content deals with issues of sensitivity eg. Age, Gender, Disability etc. Sensitivity warning: this article contains reference to subject matter that some readers may find challenging or offensive.
• Originality and copyright: All work must be original, any use of other media must have permission to be used and be cited. A declaration of authenticity and attribution attestation will be required from contributors when submitting.
• Use of AI: For the sake of originality, best practice and ensuring artists and creators receive rightful recognition we do not accept content created with artificial intelligence.
